My Story
Before I got into IT, I spent years working as a federal contractor in physical security. That experience taught me something most IT professionals never learn — how to think about protection holistically. Security is not just about software and firewalls. It is about understanding vulnerabilities, assessing risk, and building systems that hold up under pressure.
When I transitioned into IT I brought that same mindset with me. Over the past seven years I have worked my way from helpdesk all the way up to IT specialist, technical lead, network administrator, and senior systems analyst and systems administrator. I have seen technology from every angle — from the end user who cannot get their printer to work, to the backend infrastructure keeping an entire organization running.
I moved to Charles County in 2017 and this community has been home ever since. When I looked around Waldorf I saw a lot of small businesses and residents who deserved better IT support than what was available to them. Big companies send different technicians every time, charge by the hour, and never really get to know your setup. I wanted to change that.
